The Covid-19 virus has wreaked havoc on Branch 7 and our planned events. We lost out on our monthly meetings, the food drive, the National Convention was cancelled for the people that were elected to go, our annual Navigators Family night is also cancelled. Regarding the Patriots raffle, I reached out to the Patriot organization and spoke to them about deferring this upcoming season and applying the credit to next years season tickets. They will get back to me on that request but in the mean time, if you bought a raffle ticket, see the person you bought it from for a refund. Everything is up in the air and I will keep all members informed as much as possible.I was considering a ZOOM meeting with all members and I had one with the Executive Board and the stewards and alternates last week. It was ok but there were too many variables going on and there was difficulty logging on for some.I just don’t think it’s a good time right now.
